Joe Hewiit, developer of the Facebook iPhone app has announced an update coming soon.

"Facebook iPhone update: 3.03 with bug fixes coming soon, and 3.1 with push notifications to follow."

The 3.1 update has been much anticipated and hopefully it arrives soon...
